By creating an account, writing a letter, or designing an occasion invitation on UroChithi, you enter into a covenant of mutual respect.
Zero Tolerance Abuse
Anonymity is a shelter for heartfelt sentiment, not a weapon. Harassment, threats, and abusive messages will result in immediate termination.
Intellectual Property
Your words belong to you. You grant UroChithi only the license necessary to display and transmit your letters to your intended recipients.
Report & Moderation
Recipients can report offensive content at any time. Reports are audited by system administrators to maintain community safety.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing UroChithi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access or use the application.
2. Permitted Conduct & Content Guidelines
You agree never to submit content that contains: hate speech, violence or incitement, non-consensual imagery, unauthorized commercial advertising, spam, or malicious software. Violation of these prohibitions may lead to permanent exclusion and legal referral where applicable.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Limitation of Liability
UroChithi is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely resilient to unforeseen network failures.
